I do this by extensively researching consumer insight, hiring (and managing) the right people to work in the right place and time, setting an effective business strategy to what works best for the business. And I execute – as, without execution, strategies and business plans are only dreams. I build teams to realize their maximum potential, facilitate change management and pivots if necessary.
MY EXPERTISE: 15+ plus years as a Business Owner and COO’s role, providing professional services to a regional hotel chain comprising 4-star hotels and deluxe hotel apartments – also a recipient of several Travelers’ Choice Awards by TripAdvisor. I have led multinational teams with over 500 team members and managed business units with over USD 30 million annual revenues. I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs and managers launch and grow their companies.
